- Staff & Workshop Management: Running the workshop daily, managing the team of technicians, overseeing workflow, and ensuring high standards are maintained.

All-Round Maintenance: Being the go-to expert on the tools—carrying out top-tier vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across all makes and models.

Prestige Prep: Ensuring our high-end sales stock (Porsche, Bentley, etc.) is thoroughly prepped to an absolute dealership standard.

Technical Variety: Tackling everything from routine brakes and suspension to complex mechanical and electronic faults.
What We Need From You:
- People & Workshop Leadership: Proven experience managing a workshop and leading a team of staff effectively.

Experienced Technician: You are a highly skilled, experienced all-rounder who can literally "do everything" when it comes to diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs.

A "Can-Do" Attitude: A positive, solution-oriented mindset, ready to lead by example, get stuck in, and tackle any challenge.

A confident, highly qualified Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience) with a strong work ethic and a full UK driving licence.
