Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, support sales growth, and help maintain high shop floor standards. Key responsibilities include merchandising, replenishing stock, operating tills, handling customer payments and returns, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience. You will play an important role in achieving store KPIs while contributing to a positive and professional team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Operate tills accurately and process cash/card payments
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally
- Replenish stock and maintain well-presented shop displays
- Support merchandising activities and promotional displays
- Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and compliant with company standards
- Work towards achieving sales targets and store KPIs
- Assist with opening and closing procedures when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Pay: £12.71 per hour
