We are recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a range of premium kitchens across the Isle of Wight on a seasonal temporary agency basis through to September. Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across every service.

Run your designated section confidently during service

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard

Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail

Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and teams

Support senior chefs during busy service periods

Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
What we're looking for
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie level

Experience in fresh-food, high-volume kitchen environments

Ability to adapt quickly in new settings

Strong work ethic and dependable approach

Good communication and teamwork skills
