Kingston Auto Repairs is a small M.o.T and repair garage in HU70XW. We are currently seeking a professional and reliable mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, engines, and transmissions
- Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with other mechanics and team members to ensure efficient workflow
Experience:
- Proven experience as a mechanic
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanics
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- An MoT testing license would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate
