Overview
We are seeking a dedicated commercial Cleaners to join our team, providing high-quality cleaning services for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within institutions, ensuring a professional and hygienic environment. Previous experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning is advantageous, and a friendly, professional attitude is essential. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise all designated areas within the premises, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
- Perform specialised cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly
- Organise cleaning schedules according to client requirements and preferences
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and respecting clients’ privacy and property
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and respectful demeanour
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- A positive attitude towards cleanliness and hygiene standards
