Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for an Electromechanical Assembly Operative to join our dedicated Assembly team.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited) to the following:
- Installing components: Contactors, MCb, RCBO’s, sensors, wiring harnesses, and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) based on engineering drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Wiring and Soldering: Performing precise electrical routing, soldering, and connecting cables, ensuring correct insulation and earthing to meet electrical safety standards.

The Person We Are Looking for Will:
- Display an ability to read and interpret from Eplan, AutoCAD, and technical documentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, crimpers), soldering irons.
- Deliver expertise with wire crimping, and mechanical fastening, soldering
- Be eager to learn new skills and contribute to a team environment
- Take satisfaction in building or assembling products from start to finish
- Be reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious in your approach
This role will likely suit someone that has previously worked as a Lift Engineer for example, or with electrical components/small circuits.
