About Us
We are a growing construction and facilities management company delivering high-quality reactive maintenance, repair, and external works across commercial and residential sites. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role involving a wide variety of external maintenance and construction works. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team across multiple sites within Home Counties and London.
Essential Skills & Experience
Applicants must have strong practical experience in:
- Reactive maintenance
- Groundwork and external repairs
- Brickwork, pointing and landscaping works
- Fencing installation and repairs
- Carpentry and general joinery
- General external maintenance and repair works
Preferred Additional Skills
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Roofing and roofline repairs
- Basic electrical works
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Painting and decorating
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work to a high standard with attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
