About the Role
Aspect Maintenance is seeking an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in labour management and/or scheduling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating people, systems, and customer expectations.
As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient allocation of work to our engineers, while maintaining clear communication with both clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce scheduling system to allocate jobs effectively
- Coordinate daily schedules for engineers, ensuring optimal productivity and coverage
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes or emergencies
- Act as a central point of contact for engineers, providing support and updates throughout the day
- Communicate with clients and customers, providing timely updates on job status and expected timelines
- Ensure all scheduling data is accurate and up to date within the system
- Work closely with internal teams to improve scheduling efficiency and service delivery
About You
- Previous experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or labour management
- Highly reliable and able to take ownership of responsibilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy
- Confident using scheduling software (experience with Salesforce is highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset
Working Hours
- 5 days per week, office-based in Chessington
- Shift patterns on a rota basis: 7:00am – 4:00pm, 8:00am – 5:00pm, and 9:00am – 6:00pm
What We Offer
- Starting salary between £26,000 – £28,000
- Monthly bonus scheme with OTE of £30,000 – £35,000
