Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to target markets
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor research
- Appear on camera to present and explain Finance Bee and Consultax products and services in short-form video content, product explainers, and social media reels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners via effective communication
- Script, film, edit and publish talking-head and explainer videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Plan, create and schedule wider social media content across all major platforms, tailoring tone and format to each audience
- Edit video footage and produce graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools, including captions, overlays, and branded templates
- Conduct outbound cold calling and telephone outreach to prospective clients and leads, following up on campaigns and promotions
- Support consumer acquisition campaigns for Finance Bee, developing messaging that resonates with a broad personal finance audience
- Monitor analytics across platforms and produce regular performance reports for the leadership team
- Analyse sales data and market trends using analysis skills to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and optimise marketing efforts
- Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking sales performance metrics
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share in targeted sectorsQualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in project management, organisation, and time management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools relevant to marketing activities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and drive results
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and best practices within the industry
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Essential requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline (minimum 2:2 or above)
Recent graduate or early-career candidate (0–2 years' post-university experience)
Comfortable and confident appearing on camera — this is a non-negotiable part of the role
Ability to explain products and services in a clear, natural, and engaging way when presenting to camera
Proficiency in video editing and post-production — Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Canva Pro
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
