WB Employment have exciting opportunity for Cell Operator to work for well-known electronics manufacturing in Cwmbran area.
PPE will need to be worn on the shop floor and the nature of the work can be repetitive.
In order to produce the kind of individual we are seeking for to take charge of the cell and serve as its point of contact
You'll typically work on your own station following strict safety processes and quality standards.
Duties:
- Perform Various types of soldering
- Consult production schedule to prepare work area and equipment.
- Gather components needed to meet production schedule.
- Sets up equipment and solder components together.
- Completes projects by smoothing rough edges of product.
- Record any errors and rejects on production sheets.
- Clean work area and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Good attention to details
- Ability to read equipment manuals.
- Knowledge of soldering processes and technics .
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
- PCB experience
- Soldering experience
Please note it will be lots of standing and often the pace is fast , it will not be sit down role
Mornings:
Monday to Thursday 06:00-15:00 + Friday 06:00-12:00 £12.81 p/h weekly pay
We are looking for candidates that are seeking regular, full time work that will lead to a permanent contract after 12 weeks, if the correct level of commitment has been shown.
