Pacitti Jones are a well-established, and growing, Estate Agent/Solicitor who is looking to recruit an experienced part time Sales Receptionist/Viewing Agent based in our busy Shawlands branch (206 Kilmarnock Road, Shawlands, G43 1TY).
The role will be primarily involved in the day to day functions of our busy and successful Estate Agency team.
This role would ideally suit someone looking for part time working weekends and a late night Wednesday and who may be able to work additional hours to provide holiday cover where needed.
The role will include dealing with any clients coming into the branch and to handle all calls coming to our network and to carry out viewings at properties on the market.
We also specialise in conveyancing and private client areas of legal practice and have a modern and innovative approach to managing our business, therefore staff are expected to assist with this side of the business where appropriate. The successful candidate would be expected to promote our other in-house services including looking to arrange a valuation on the caller’s property if they have one, getting authorisation to get our mortgage and protection partners to call them, and to sell our legal and conveyancing services.

Wednesday 4pm-7pm (viewings or office cover if no viewings required)
Saturday 10am-5pm 10am-2pm (in office) 2pm-5pm (viewings)
