We are looking for a reliable, professional, and self-motivated individual to join our growing team as Field-Based Parking Enforcement Officers across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
This is a flexible, self-employed role where you will travel to a range of private and commercial sites to monitor compliance with parking regulations. You will conduct site inspections, issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) where vehicles are parked in breach of site terms and conditions, and gather photographic evidence using company systems.
The role is primarily field-based, with reporting and administration completed remotely via a smartphone device.
Key Responsibilities
· Travel to and inspect designated private car parks and commercial sites.
· Monitor compliance with site parking terms and conditions.
· Issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) where breaches are identified.
· Record accurate observations and photographic evidence.
· Complete reports and upload evidence using company systems.
· Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach when interacting with members of the public.
· Report damaged, missing, or incorrect signage and assist with signage checks where required.
Essential Requirements
· Full UK driving licence.
· Own reliable vehicle suitable for travelling between sites.
· Public Liability Insurance.
· Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
· Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic smartphone and IT skills for recording information and submitting reports.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in parking enforcement, security, inspections, customer service, or a similar field-based role would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Full training will be provided.
