The role:
As our Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards. You will be a key member of our team, providing expert technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient diagnosis of complex vehicle faults.
- Performing high-quality repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Utilising diagnositc equipment and software effectively.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and advancements.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to Bosch Car Service standards.
- Providing technical support and guidance to other technicians.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.
- Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Master Technician in a busy workshop environment.
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to details and commitment to quality.
- Valid full UK driving licence.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.).
- Experience with Bosch diagnostic systems is highly advantageous.
