Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, diagnosing oral health issues, and implementing effective treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and oral cavity using clinical expertise and medical imaging tools.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop customised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and cosmetic treatments.
- Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing restorations and prosthetics.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies to promote long-term oral health.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile and organised work environment.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to deliver high-quality patient care efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dentist in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for dental restorations is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to the oral cavity is essential.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques such as X-rays or digital radiography is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients.
- A recognised dental qualification from an accredited institution is mandatory.
