Receptionist (Varied Role)
Location: Llwyngwril
Type: 16 hours per week - Permanent
We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is happy to support different areas of the business when needed.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the reception area while also supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks. From greeting guests to assisting other departments during busy periods, you’ll play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house experience
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Managing reception areas to a high standard
- Coordinating post, deliveries, and couriers
- Booking and organising meeting rooms
- Completing general admin tasks including filing and data entry
- Supporting colleagues across departments when required
- Assisting with basic tasks in other areas during peak times

- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist, hospitality, or customer-facing role
- Experience within a hotel, leisure, or service environment
