Overview
We are seeking an experienced End of Tenancy & Deep Clean Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in comprehensive cleaning services, with a focus on end-of-tenancy and deep cleaning tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new tenants or inspections, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed end-of-tenancy cleans, including kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, and windows
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as upholstery, appliances, and hard-to-reach areas
- Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards and client specifications
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and products effectively and safely
- Manage time efficiently to complete multiple jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times
- Report any damages or issues found during the cleaning process to management
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-of-tenancy, deep cleaning, or related janitorial roles
- Prior experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Skills in cooking or customer service are considered beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Physical fitness to handle rigorous cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
