Responsibilities:
- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences
- Provide recommendations for hair care products and treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on hair styling techniques
Skills:
- Proficient in barbering techniques, including men's grooming and beard trims
- Experience in eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience for clients
- Ability to manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Knowledge of store management practices, including inventory management and retail sales
