Multi Trader (Plumbing Bias) – Worcester
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader with a strong plumbing background to join our growing team working on residential and commercial projects throughout Worcester and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who is confident carrying out a variety of maintenance, refurbishment, and installation works, with plumbing being their primary trade.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of projects while maintaining excellent customer service and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of domestic and commercial plumbing works.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and pipework issues.
- Install and replace sanitary ware, taps, radiators, cylinders, and associated plumbing systems.
- Undertake general multi-trade duties including:
- Basic carpentry
- Patch plastering
- Tiling repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic brickwork and repairs
- General property maintenance
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, site managers, and colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements Essential
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader with a strong plumbing background.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred).
- Experience working within residential and commercial properties.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Additional trade qualifications.
- Experience within social housing, maintenance, or refurbishment sectors.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Experience working on occupied properties.
- CSCS Card.
Pay: Up to £24.00 per hour
