Why this role matters:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly-creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our social media presence across multiple platforms, build engaged communities, create scroll-stopping content and drive business impact. You will play a key role in shaping the digital voice of Pai and ensure the content connects with our target audience.
To be successful in this role you will be someone who lives and breathes social, is obsessed with our customer and is motivated by creating best-in-class content with a real eye for design that supports both short term results and long-term brand building.
What you'll be doing:

Implementation of Social Media Strategy: work closely with the Head of Marketing to help shape the overall social media vision for Pai across both current and emerging platforms. platforms, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Channel Growth: Drive growth across all social platforms by increasing followers, engagement, and reach with innovative, trend-driven content that connects to Pai’s values.

Content Management: Own the planning and scheduling of the weekly social calendar across all channels, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and supportive of commercial needs.

Content Creation: ownership of all social content creation to include editing existing material, creating new lo-fi content and working in partnership with the in-house creative team where required to ensure content is engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and drives both interaction and conversion.

Trend Identification: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior, ensuring our content remains relevant and competitive.

Educational Storytelling. Build clear, accessible, and compelling educational content that demystifies skincare, explains product benefits, and helps consumers understand routines, usage, and expected results. Ensure the brand is perceived as a trusted authority in skincare.

Community Building: Cultivate and nurture online communities, encouraging user-generated content and advocacy to strengthen the connection between our brands and their audiences.

Performance Analytics: Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and make recommendations for adjustment to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Partnerships: Support the Head of Marketing to establish and nurture brand, events and influencer partnerships to enhance brand reach, connection and credibility.

Social Commerce: Support the ecommerce team to integrate e-commerce strategies into social platforms where relevant to enhance the customer experience.
What you’ll bring:

4+ years experience in a digital/social role.

Proven experience in managing multiple social media channels for a brand, with a strong track record of driving growth, engagement, and business results. Skincare experience required.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to quickly adapt and leverage new opportunities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and align goals with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams

Passion for the beauty industry

Excellent communication skills and copywriting ability to support the brand’s tone of voice on social.

Strong design skills and ability to use design editing platforms (e.g. Adobe, Figma).

Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with shifting priorities.
