Community Complex Care Assistant
Location: Sidcup
Pay: £15-£17/ hour
Shifts: Nights Monday and Wednesday 22.00pm-07.00am
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, confident, and experienced Community Complex Care Assistants to support our client, a bright, outgoing, and talented young woman with complex healthcare needs, enabling her to live a safe, independent, and fulfilling life within her community.

As a Community Complex Care Assistant, you will:
Provide person-centered support for our client in her family home and within the community.
Support with tracheostomy care, including oral and tracheal suctioning.
Monitor health and wellbeing, recognizing and responding appropriately to any signs of deterioration.
Assist with the use of specialist equipment, including:
Profiling bed
Ceiling track hoists
Standing aid
Nippy 4 ventilator
Cough assist machine
Suction equipment
Carry out safe moving and handling procedures in line with care plans and risk assessments.
Support our client to attend concerts, social events, appointments, and other community activities.

SHCADA
- Tracheostomy care and management

- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience working within community complex care settings.
