We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Change bed linens and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adhere to organisational policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises.
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning or window washing.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards maintaining hygiene standards and customer service excellence.
Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
