Communal Cleaner – Torquay Area
ASCS Cornwall Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Communal Cleaner to join our friendly team, cleaning the communal areas of large residential apartment blocks across the Torquay area.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and your own reliable vehicle (essential due to the locations and transporting cleaning equipment).
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Professional, polite and well-presented.
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
The Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within communal areas, including:
- Hoovering and mopping floors.
- Cleaning skirting boards.
- Removing marks from walls and doors.
- Removing cobwebs.
- General cleaning of communal areas to a high standard.
Hours:
Hours are flexible and can vary depending on your availability and the number of schemes you wish to cover.
