We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established legal practice in Macclesfield or Congleton. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years experience looking to progress their career within a supportive and established team.
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with support from a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including shared ownership, new builds, transfers of equity, adverse possession, transfers of part and remortgages.
- Managing files independently from instruction to completion.
- Liaising effectively with clients, developers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
About You:
- At least 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Macclesfield (Cheshire)
