Overview
The Junior Property Manager will join the Seven Living Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a growing property portfolio.
This role is designed for someone looking to build a career in property management. You will receive structured training and support to develop your knowledge of compliance, tenancy management and maintenance processes.
You will work closely with senior team members while gradually taking ownership of responsibilities as your experience grows.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of service for landlords and tenants
· Assist with tenancy administration, including onboarding, renewals and tenancy changes
· Support rent collection processes and assist with monitoring arrears
· Help track statutory compliance requirements (e.g. Gas Safety, EICR, EPC) and flag upcoming deadlines
· Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolution
· Assist with property inspections, including organising and preparing reports
· Support deposit registrations and end-of-tenancy processes
· Maintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure all activity is logged
· Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants and suppliers via phone, email and messaging systems
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across lettings, finance and maintenance teams
· Contribute to team performance through organisation, attention to detail and proactive support
Training & Progression
· This role is designed as a development pathway into a full Property Manager position.

Essential Skills & Experience
· 6–18 months experience in lettings or property
· High quality customer service skills
· Strong organisational and administrative skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Clear written and verbal communication
· Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
· Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
· Strong customer service mindset
· Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership of tasks
· Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills & Experience
· Basic understanding of the rental process or property industry
· Exposure to compliance or tenancy-related tasks
· Experience using systems such as Reapit, Goodlord or Fixflo (training provided)
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
