The Role
We’re looking for experienced landscaping supervisors to lead soft landscaping teams on commercial projects and high-spec new-build developments.
You’ll be responsible for organising site teams, interpreting plans, ensuring high standards of finish, and keeping things running smoothly on site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising day-to-day soft landscaping works
- Reading and working from site plans
- Turfing, planting, seeding, and mulching
- Coordinating with site managers and internal teams
- Maintaining a safe and well-organised working environment

What We’re Looking For
- Recent experience turfing and planting on commercial or new-build developments
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to read and follow landscaping plans
- Strong plant knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid CSCS card
- Good communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
What We Offer
- £16 - £19 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, permanent contract
- 28 days' holiday including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time roles)
