This hands-on position involves preparing surfaces, operating spray-painting equipment and applying high-quality finishes while ensuring all work meets strict company quality standards.

Job Duties:
· Applying spray paint and protective coatings to achieve a high-quality, consistent finish
· Preparing surfaces before painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming
· Mixing and applying paints, lacquers and finishes in accordance with specifications and work instructions
· Conducting paint thickness, adhesion and visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience working as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or workshop setting
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality finish
· Capable of working efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
