The Role
A Contract Manager role is implemented to improve service delivery to customers and develop the contracts in which they are assigned. This role requires you to not only look at the day to day but ensure that the development of the contract is hitting the highest potential outcome for the business. Assisting with not only service delivery but ensuring customer expectations are being met. You need to have a full understanding of all contractual requirements and be able to ensure these are delivered
The Responsibilities
As our Contract Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of multiple maintenance contracts, ensuring they align with contract KPIs and contract SLAs
- Attend, hold and encourage contract weekly/monthly meetings as per contractual requirements and offer other services and assistance to the customer in other areas of their business as required
- Work closely with Regions to plan and coordinate direct resource and resolve any issues or failures with the highest of communication to the customer directly
- Coordinate any sub-contract resource and any return work follow ups
- Serve as a single point of contact for customers aiding building a strong working relationship
- Produce and submit contractual reports to customers as required and highlight any repeat issues or trends
- Create and deliver condition reports and potential opportunities for upgrades
- Ensuring the details of the contract are fully understood

The Person

- Strong Contract Management experience
- Financially aware and understanding of P&L
- Commercially aware to build and expand customer relations.
- Hold industry qualifications.
The Essential Criteria
- Experience in Gas, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical
- Experience in management or leadership role.
- Management Qualifications or equivalent
- Full UK Driving License
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
The Hours
- Working hours are 8am-16.30pm Monday - Friday standard with overtime expected to be carried out where applicable due to the nature of the role.
- Office based role with site visits required where applicable.
- 33 Days holiday including bank holiday
