Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manual Fitter/Bench Hand to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing and assembling manufactured parts to specification, using provided tools and following strict processes. Responsibilities include part marking, occasional Alcrom work, daily checks, and SOP creation. Success requires strong attention to detail, good housekeeping, and the ability to use hand and pneumatic tools while supporting continuous improvement.
Duties
- Detailing of finish manufactured parts to right specification.
- Using all tooling provided to carry out day to day job.
- Assembly of parts.
- Alcrom of parts when required.
- Part marking on dot-peen / inkjet machines with a little vibro etching.
- Create sops.
- Daily checks.
- Follow routings.

- Good housekeeping.

Pay: £16.23-£16.74 per hour
