The Successful Candidate
We're looking for someone who is driven, confident, and ready to make an impact.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Recruitment experience - open to sector experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A sound understanding of recruitment compliance
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A professional approach in all aspects of your work
- The ability to perform under pressure
- A confident, energetic, and highly motivated attitude
- Experience managing and developing people
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- A full driving licence and your own transport
The Role:
- Building rapport with Clients
- Ensuring a first-class service is delivered to all our Clients
- Ensuring excellent client relations are maintained throughout your business
- Proactively securing new business opportunities
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Filling client requirements at a fast pace under tight deadlines
- Ensuring all candidates are recruited professionally in line with legislation compliance
- Co-ordinate daily the temporary workforce inline with clients fluctuating orders.
