Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and maintain high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring environments are hygienic, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, fixtures, and furniture
- Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, and lifting
