Assessor – Hybrid
For Nurses, Doctors, Paramedics & Physiotherapists
Monday to Friday | 9–5 | No nights. No weekends. No burnout.
Part time available after 8 weeks of training
If frontline work has become physically draining, emotionally relentless, or simply unsustainable, this role offers a clear, credible alternative—without stepping away from clinical decision-making.
This is a chance to move into a professional assessment role where your clinical judgement, reasoning, and experience are the priority, not shift endurance.
Why Health care professionals choose this role
- £39,500 starting salary, rising to £44,550 + performance bonus
- Predictable hours – your evenings and weekends back
- Hybrid working – home-based with occasional local centre attendance
- No hands-on care – no lifting, no procedures, no ward pressure
- Fully paid, structured training – assessment experience not required
- 25+ days annual leave, with option to buy more
- Revalidation support (NMC / GMC / HCPC)
- Clear, achievable career progression
This is not an “exit from healthcare” — it’s a sustainable evolution of your clinical career.
What you’ll be doing
- Completing holistic health assessments via phone, video, or face-to-face
- Assessing individuals with long-term physical and mental health conditions
- Applying your clinical reasoning to evaluate functional impact
- Producing clear, structured, evidence-based reports
- Working within a calm, supportive, governance-led environment
No emergency buzzers. No corridor medicine. No 12-hour shifts.
Who this is for
You must be:
- A Registered Adult Nurse, Doctor, Paramedic or Physiotherapist
- Registered with NMC, GMC or HCPC
- Have at least 1 year post-registration experience
- Able to attend a local assessment centre when required
If you’re clinically competent but questioning the long-term sustainability of frontline work, this role is built for you.
