Assistant Pub Manager
The Craft Beer Co was the first pub company in London devoted to craft beers, founded in 2009 by two school friends from London. They created the concept at their first pub in Pimlico; the much loved and multi-award-winning CASK Pub and Kitchen. We are now looking for a new Assistant Manager to join and work with one of the business founders at our original pub. This role can be a springboard to becoming a GM with us if that is desired.
The business is still owned 100% by two childhood friends.

We obviously take seriously the curation of our beer range and every reputable guide is very clear that when it comes to the best beer in London, it’s found on our bars and that is a fine thing which we are very proud about, but above anything, we pride ourselves on delivering real hospitality and great service.
We are looking for a real 'people person to join us, someone with a warm bubbly personality who is looking to forge a career in hospitality and progress to run a pub for us one day.
You should be passionate about working with people and ensuring guests leave our pubs with happy memories and big smiles on their faces.
Of course, there are other tasks in the role, but front and center, it’s about delivering above and beyond for our patrons and working with the General Manager to deliver a top notch experience.
We are the much talked about Independent business, but with us, it's the actual reality, no corporate investors, we are owned 100% by two Londoners.
You will learn from the best and have limitless opportunities to grow and progress across our small growing pub group.
As the assistant manager, you will be working with the General Manager to grow the business.
This is a great company with wonderful people, but we do have high standards and only hire people who we feel can uphold our values and ethos.
