Job Title: Tractor Mechanic
Pay: £15 - £19.75ph
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various Farming equipment to include tractors, combines and telehandlers
What you’ll need to succeed as an Tractor Mechanic:
- Knowledge of agricultural & plant equipment such as tractors, telehandlers and loading shovels (candidates from other industries will be considered, ie. Plant and construction)
- Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using correct tools and equipment as an Tractor Technician / Mechanic
- Applicants must be confident in using laptop diagnostic methods in addition to traditional mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnostic techniques
- NVQ in Land Based Engineering or Plant Engineering
