Hampton Property Management provides supported accommodation to disadvantaged individuals across Birmingham and the Midlands. Our aim is to offer not just a roof over someone’s head, but the tailored support they need to rebuild their lives and work towards independence.
We support residents from a variety of complex backgrounds including mental health challenges, homelessness, substance misuse, ex-offenders, and ex-service personnel. Many of our residents have experienced chaotic lifestyles, and may still be facing barriers that prevent them from moving forward.
As a Support Worker, your role is to build trust, provide consistent support, and encourage each resident to take steps toward a more stable and independent future. Progress isn’t always quick or straightforward, and setbacks are part of the journey. However, with patience, persistence, and a supportive (yet firm when needed) approach, you’ll play a key role in helping residents achieve their goals.
This is a role for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference, who can remain calm under pressure, and who isn’t afraid to deliver honest, respectful conversations when needed. You’ll need to be fully committed, resilient, and ready to support individuals who are often overlooked by mainstream services.
