Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and product offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using organisational tools.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards building relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
