Overview
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a very reputable national housing developer, who are based near the Ringwood area. They have won multiple NHBC awards in recent years and have many new sites due to start up across 2026 and 2027. They are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the company as they grow due to increased work demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of surveying for each project, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within specified timelines and budgets. This will be to start immediately and will be paying between £65,000-£75,000 p/a + package DOE.

- Feasibility
- Tender preparations
- Risk Management
- Site Valuations
- Site Visits
- Managing Sub-Contractor Payments
- Final Accounts
- Prepare Initial Budgets
- Negotiate Contracts
- Managing Cash Flow
Requirements
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the housing industry, specifically having worked on high volume projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Qualifications within surveying or a degree equivalent
