Contentious Probate Solicitor
This well regarded team at this Legal 100 firm in London is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor join its department. You'll be joining an excellent team in the sector who are part of a firm.
The team deal with a range of private wealth disputes including: -

Disputed wills
-
Inheritance Act claims
-
Onshore and offshore trust disputes
-
Equitable claims and
-
Court of Protection disputes
Clients include private individuals, trust corporations, charitable organisations, professional executors and financial institutions.
The role would suit a junior solicitor with experience of contentious wills, trusts and estates, including NQs with a seat in this area of law. You should also either have the ACTAPS diploma or be keen to work towards it.
