FT with 1 Saturday per month
Salary: £30-£34k DOE + commission

Hunters' client is a well-established and growing estate agency based in Brighton are looking to recruit an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional with a strong background in residential sales and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and developing a high-performing team within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Sales Manager - The Role
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive business development
- Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are progressed effectively
- Negotiate offers and achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Support the sales progression process through to completion
- Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance, activity levels and key performance indicators
- Produce reports and forecasts for senior management
Sales Manager - About You
- Previous experience within residential property sales
- Experience managing, mentoring or developing a sales team
- Commercially focused with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
- Able to perform effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HMO sales would be advantageous but is not essential
- Full UK driving licence required
