Overview
We are offering to an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant/Housekeeping professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is required, however training will be provided to know the hotel standards.
Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms are kept tidy and presentable
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and beverages as required
- Adhere to organisational standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude towards guests and colleaguesQualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is required
- Follow up lost property procedures
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
- Flexibility to work the shifts including weekends

Pay: £12.80-£16.00 per hour
