We are a Corporate Finance / Mortgage Broker who help businesses with raising finance (business loans, factoring, trade finance and equity) we also do all types of residential and commercial mortgages and saving on costs (utilities, insurance and merchant services).
We are looking for Self Employed Corporate Finance Business Development Managers to work on a self employed basis either full or part time.
This role would suit someone from a sales background especially Corporate Finance with an existing selection of clients they can approach to give them a head start in the role.
You would then self generate your own enquiries by emailing / calling and visiting (when local to you) to see if they are looking for business finance we also ask BDM's to attend local free business networking events.
We do also send you a list of businesses via a spreadsheet which would include names, numbers and the history of the client so you are up to date (this includes cold calling data, existing clients and potential new clients from events) but a large part of the role is based on self generation as a smaller brokerage we do not have hundreds of new enquiries everyday to pass to the Business Development Managers to work on.
We are looking for people for Self Employed sales in all areas in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be self motivated, good communication skills, be hard working, enthusiastic, willing to learn, have good knowledge of I.T applications, be of smart appearance and be conscientious.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of GCSE Grade C or O level equivalent in numeracy and literacy and must be a British resident or have a permit to work in the UK.
The applicant having a background in sales or customer care would be beneficial.
