Job Title: HGV Technician (Level 3)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
HGV Technician Required – Wigan
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Level 3 HGV Technician to join our established workshop team in Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and fully funded training and development.
The Role
As an HGV Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy goods vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing MOT preparation work
- Working to DVSA standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Accurately completing job cards and service records
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working as an HGV Technician
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Full UK driving licence
- A proactive and professional attitude
