We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our growing cleaning team as a Mobile Cleaning Operative / Supervisor.
The role involves cleaning a variety of premises, including:
- Domestic properties
- Commercial premises
- Holiday lets and short-term accommodation
- End-of-tenancy and deep cleans
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Access to a vehicle for work purposes (required for at least one position)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential for all positions
Duties Include:
- Carrying out cleaning tasks to a high standard
- Supervising staff and ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Travelling between sites as required
- Reporting any issues or maintenance concerns
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
