Greenkeeper
Location: Drimsynie Holiday Village, Lochgoilhead
Drimsynie Holiday Village is seeking a skilled and dedicated Greenkeeper to maintain our stunning 9-hole golf course. This is an excellent opportunity for a greenkeeper with proven ability who wants to contribute to the ongoing improvement and presentation of our well-established golf course.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers.
- Operation and basic maintenance of a wide range of turf-care machinery.
- Implementing turf management practices including aeration, top dressing, and spraying -(PA1/PA2 preferable)
- Assisting with course setup, hole-changing, divotting, and general course presentation.
- Supporting larger projects such as drainage, bunker work, and course development
assisting the grounds team when required.
- Chainsaw experience and certification preferred but not essential.
About you:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a greenkeeping role and all aspects of maintaining a golf course.
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Sports Turf / Greenkeeping desirable but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and pride in delivering high standards.
- Be able to carry out work in accordance to health and safety guidelines.
- Must have a flexible, positive, can-do attitude to your work.
- Good timekeeping and reliability.
- Must have the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Have a clear understanding of how a golf course operates.

There will be a requirement for early morning starts and weekend work on a rota. The role is also outdoor based in all weather conditions.
Due to location of the Holiday Park, you must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to live on site in team accommodation.
