Role: Plant Fitter
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 OTE

What You’ll Do as an Plant Fitter:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with construction machinery and systems.
- Oversee maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Work across workshop and mobile service environments, providing on-site support to customers as needed.
What We’re Looking For in an Plant Fitter:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or higher in Plant Maintenance. Candidates with 5+ years of current relevant experience are also welcome.
- Experience: Proficiency with diagnostic tools in construction machinery is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills.
- Team Player: Willingness to support the team, particularly during busy periods with overtime opportunities.
