Main Duties:
The Starbucks Supervisor role involves a range of duties, including: ensuring excellent customer service is delivered; supervising the team members; being responsible for the day to day operation of your shifts, training and coaching colleagues whilst ensuring the brand values and standards are delivered on every occasion.

Previous experience
The successful applicant must have previous experience in food and beverage service in a hospitality related role. With effective selling and communications skills, an attention to detail and evidence of being a team player. They must also have the ability to work flexible hours, on any day of the week.
