Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare
Location: Hertford, SG14 1AJ (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £26,500 – £35,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Our established and high-performing Hertford office is growing. We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to develop new business within the private healthcare sector and build a profitable desk in a fast-moving, high-demand market.
This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, relationship building and revenue generation.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of your own market, with responsibility for:
- Proactively generating new business with private care providers across Hertford and surrounding areas
- Conducting sales calls, arranging client meetings and negotiating terms
- Building long-term partnerships to increase market share
- Advertising roles and attracting quality healthcare candidates
- Interviewing, screening and placing Care Assistants, Support Workers and Nurses
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from lead to placement and aftercare
- Growing your desk to maximise revenue and commission

About You
- Background in sales, telesales or recruitment (any sector considered)
- Confident generating and converting new business
- Commercially minded and financially motivated
- Resilient, proactive and target-driven
