Due to continued growth and several new contract wins, we are expanding our cleaning teams and looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to be part of a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
We are recruiting dependable cleaners to work across new build housing sites. Your role will involve preparing homes, show homes, and site cabins to a high standard, ensuring every property is clean, presentable, and ready for viewing or handover.

What We Offer
- Guaranteed hours and competitive pay
- Cleaners: £12.75 – £13.25 per hour (30-hour contract, typically 30–35+ hours per week)
- Senior Cleaners: £14.50 per hour (30-hour contract, typically 35+ hours per week)
- Performance bonuses available
- Monday to Friday working schedule
- Start times from 7:30am, so you can enjoy your evenings

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK manual driving licence (minimum 12 months, able to drive a small van)
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- A positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided
- Comfortable with a physically active role, including lifting and moving items when required
- Someone who works well both independently and as part of a team
