We’re a small, friendly private Montessori nursery, open Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm, all year round, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our supportive team.

About You:
You’re qualified to at least Level 3 (or equivalent), have solid experience in a nursery setting, and know your EYFS inside out. Ofsted doesn’t faze you—you’re confident, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards!
Montessori experience is a bonus, but not essential—we provide full training for the right person who shares our passion and values.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Deputy Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the nursery, supporting the Manager and Owner to keep everything running smoothly.
Based in our lively Pre-school room, you will:
- Help children build independence, confidence, and school readiness
- Create engaging, purposeful environments inspired by Montessori principles
- Build strong relationships with local primary schools to ensure smooth, seamless transitions
- Deliver the highest standard of care so every child can truly thrive
