Internal Account Manager - Fluent French written and spoken - Office based - Coalville area - Full Time - Permanent role - Salary £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers via email and telephone, working specifically with the French sales team and clients
- Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure customers receive an exceptional service
- Dedicated point of contact for customer communications
- Responsible for daily management of customer accounts on various portals
- Provide administrative support for the Sales Managers
- Monitoring stock levels and client forecasts
- Manage the complete customer order process, from enquiry to order, manufacture through to delivery
- Effectively communicate with both customers and suppliers
About You:
The ideal candidate will be fluent in French.
- You will be a team player
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Manage a busy workload and effectively prioritise
- Good written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Experience of managing customers in a product/service orientated business
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible, positive, "can do" attitude
- Proven Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word and Outlook
