Crail Golfing Society is situated in a spectacular location overlooking the Firth of Forth and the Tay Estuary. The clubhouse provides a relaxed and informal atmosphere for members and visitors. Due to the longstanding history of the Society and its fantastic location, the golf courses are a must for many overseas and UK visitors.
We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to work in a busy and fast paced commercial kitchen. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, possesses excellent organisation and multitasking skills, and is capable of working on his or her own as well as in a team setting. Further responsibilities could include food prep and cleaning and the successful candidate will be a hard worker who is always interested in learning about new technologies and products.
Responsibilities:
- Clean the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Anticipate, identify and solve problems.
- Perform general maintenance duties.
- Complete tasks on time and to standard.
- Respond to questions and concerns from team members and guests.
- Build strong relationships with team members, executive management, and guests.
Opening hours
The clubhouse is open all year round.
During the summer season the clubhouse is open from 8:00 to 20:00
Due to increased visitor numbers expected over the summer season we are looking to employ part-time kitchen porters to help support our friendly catering team.
Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: £12.71 per hour
